Born in Buenos Aires and raised in the southern plains of Córdoba, Lucía learned to use her father's camera as a child.

Her early years were spent exploring those harsh lands of immeasurable skies, hoping to find some secret hidden in some unsuspected corner.

Sometimes, between clumps of desert grass and blazing suns, a small pool surrounded by butterflies would appear, a beetle crossing the path with difficulty, a creeping verbena as red as blood.

-´My senses and my imagination were forged by penetrating that forgotten piece of the planet. Today, with my camera always on my shoulder, I feel that search continues. ´ -

Bio

After graduating from high school, Lucia traveled to Canada to take courses in Philosophy, Sociology, Film, and English at the University of Western Ontario.

She then returned to Argentina to begin her undergraduate studies at the Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires.

There, she learned the basic principles of cinematography, learning the technical aspects of filmmaking: lighting, optics, camera, and sound.

In Buenos Aires, Lucía founded her own studio and production center, where she pursued her career as a professional photographer.

During this process, she developed a personal expressive, experimental and conceptual style that led to projects for international brands such as Nike, Natura, Ford, Heineken, Fiat, Modelo, and Mercado Libre.

Later, based in the United States, she shot major campaigns for Leo Burnett in Chicago, Grupo Gallegos in Los Angeles, TBWA NY, and MacCann Sydney.

Lucia currently works as a director and photographer, fluctuating between genres including her artistic work and advertising.

She loves collaborating and sharing her passion with creatives and teams.

She works between the USA, Mexico, and Argentina when not elsewhere.
